Ciao! I’m Noelle.

Carbonara lover, linguistics nerd, overtly proud dog mom, actress and globetrotter — perhaps the textbook definition of a quirky Aquarius.

My mother always told me I was a wildly expressive child, from the exact millisecond I left her womb. To no surprise, words have always enticed me, sometimes eliciting jubilation or moving me to tears. There’s something so magical about stringing together just the right words to formulate a sentence that speaks to the soul.  As a musical theater performer for 18 years, writing has always paralleled with my passion for entertaining on stage. Both have always required a vivid imagination and acute aptitude for storytelling.

So that sounds all sweet and fluffy, but what exactly have I been doing professionally over the past decade? Influencer Marketing. You heard me right. My biggest career endeavor came to inception around three years ago, when I co-launched a direct response influencer marketing agency. As the Director of Partnerships and Copywriting, I oversaw the largest media spends for top-tier DTC clients in the food, health and wellness verticals. Another facet of my job was drafting all of the creative copy and scripting for clients. These brands included household names such as Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, Tone it Up, Four Sigmatic, ButcherBox, Athletic Greens, Winc, Magic Spoon, Olipop, Beekeeper’s Naturals, Omax, Tao Clean and Newton Baby. From a personal development standpoint, this is where I found myself ultimately flourishing.

Fast forward to this moment, I’ve decided it’s time to elevate my passion for writing and marry it with my unwavering passion for food. You see, as a born and raised Italian girl with Calabrian roots, rich food (along with music) is my language. Every dish elucidates an anecdote. Every ingredient provides insight into a magnificent, colorful culture. I see food quite literally as breadcrumbs leading to a flavorful narrative that enriches perspective.
